Yes, our kitchens are fully kosher. We maintain two separate and complete kitchens. Both the dairy and meat kitchens have dedicated equipment and protocols to always ensure the highest standards of kashrut. Each kitchen is supervised by a Mashgiach (kosher supervisor).
